Kedi About Town - MA project.

‘Kedi about town’ is a wordless concertina book, which follows a Turkish cat on an expedition through his town from dawn until dusk. Having always been fascinated by wordless sequences this personal project was an investigation into simultaneous succession and the flow of time within a narrative. I used an experimental mixed media approach for the artwork; developed from my observational sketchbooks. The narrative itself is compiled from observations and my personal experience of time spent in Turkey.
